We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key Privacy Features: OCR processing happens on your device, and we don't store your scanned images on our servers.
The App offers premium features through one-time purchases. All transactions are processed through Apple's App Store.
Premium purchases remove ads and unlock unlimited OCR scans. Premium features are tied to your Apple ID.
All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including flashcards, notes, and exported data.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with copyright laws and respects intellectual property rights of others.
You agree not to use the App for any of the following:
The App, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by NIRYPH LTD and protected by intellectual property laws.
The App may include third-party content and services (such as dictionary data) which are subject to their respective licenses and terms.
"KanjiSnap" and related logos are trademarks of NIRYPH LTD. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
We make no warranties about the App's accuracy, reliability, or availability. OCR results may vary based on image quality and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NIRYPH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
